Exchanges & Returns

RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. All returns or exchanges must contain all original contents and shoe box/bag. Your return will be processed within 2 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement..

Closeout: Products marked  “Discontinued” (Gen I/II shoes) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We reserve the right to limit returns.

Return Procedures:
1. Please include the packing slip with a note as to the nature of the refund/exchange and a check for $9 for return shipping. Make check out to Ground Floor Apparel

2. Pack your return (in the original package if possible) and send it to Kros-Ties Shoes, PO Box 56017, Indianapolis, IN, 46256.
