RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. All returns or exchanges must include the laces, hanger, and the shoe box/bag. DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping box! Your return will be processed within 2 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued immediately based on the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive a confirmation email to the email address used to set up your account as soon as we have processed your refund.
Closeouts or Products marked “Discontinued” (Gen I/II shoes) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Procedures:
1. Please include the packing slip with a note as to the nature of the refund/exchange and, if you are doing an exchange, an additional charge of $9 will be billed to the credit card used on the initial purchase to cover a portion of the return shipping to you. Of course, you may send in a check if you wish. Make check payable to Ground Floor Apparel.
2. Pack your return (in the original package if possible) and send it to Ground Floor Apparel, 19683 Moontown Rd, Westfield, IN, 46062. You may use USPS, FedEx, UPS, whichever you prefer
